SUMMER 2024

• - Free cancellation within 21 days before arrival.
• - From the 21 th day prior to arrival date, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
• - In case of no-show, delayed arrival, or early departure, cancellation fees amounting to 100% of the total booking amount for the booked and unused days will be charged.

The remaining amount can be settled directly at the property, unless different agreements have been made with the management.

WINTER 2024-25

To secure the reservation, a confirmation deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required.

• - In case of cancellation up to 31 days before the arrival date, it is possible to reschedule the stay. However, there is no right of withdrawal under the Consumer Code; the confirmation will not be refunded but can be credited for a new stay. 
• - For cancellations between 30 and 15 days before the arrival date, 50% of the booked services will be charged.
• - For cancellations between 14 and 8 days before the arrival date, 70% of the booked services will be charged.
• - For cancellations between 7 days and the arrival date, 100% of the booked services will be charged.
• - In case of no-show, delayed arrival, or early departure, cancellation fees amounting to 100% of the total booking amount for the booked and unused days will be charged.
